How do I initiate an emergency call on my watch?

Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds to trigger an alert.

How do emergency calls and messages work on the watch?

Communication is limited to the pre-programmed emergency contacts within your membership area. The smart device includes a data plan sufficient for GPS emergency location tracking and up to 60 minutes of talk time for emergency use. In the rare event that your emergency calls exceed 60 minutes within a billing cycle, an additional $10 charge will apply to cover the extra use of data and minutes, similar to standard phone plan overages. Most users never reach this limit, as 60 minutes is typically more than enough for emergency communication.

How does the Health Check feature work on the Caregiver4me watch?

You can easily check your heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature by tapping the Health Check (the Heart) button on the watch.

Please note that blood pressure readings use optical sensors, which may take a few days to fully adjust to your body. For the most accurate results, wear the watch regularly and keep it properly fitted on your wrist.

How does the Caregiver4me watch detect and alert for falls?

The Caregiver4me smartwatch uses a built-in motion sensor to monitor the wearer’s activity. When the watch is properly worn, it analyzes movement patterns and identifies signals that match a fall. Once a possible fall is detected, the watch runs a short delay process to confirm if the user is unable to move before sending an alert.

After confirming a fall, the watch vibrates several times and plays an alarm sound. It then automatically starts an SOS emergency call and sends a notification by email or text message to the preset contacts. Please note that fall detection only works when the watch is being worn correctly, and the confirmation process usually takes about 30 seconds.

The sensitivity of fall detection can be adjusted according to personal needs:

- High sensitivity – for users with limited mobility or poor balance who are at higher risk of falling.

- Medium sensitivity – a balanced option that reduces false alarms while maintaining reliable protection.

- Low sensitivity – suitable for active seniors who move or exercise frequently, minimizing unnecessary alerts while still responding to real emergencies.

How should I wear the watch for the best accuracy?

For the most accurate health readings, wear the watch snugly on your wrist—not too tight, and not too loose. Make sure the sensors on the back stay in full contact with your skin throughout the day.

Wearing the watch properly helps ensure accurate results for heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and other measurements.
